I do not adhere to the belief that deeper massage techniques need to be based on the model of "no pain, no gain". Using deeper, soft tissue and myofascial release techniques, this treatment works to release adhesions and tension in the muscle fibers whilst allowing the client to relax, enhancing the benefits of this advanced massage work.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your appointment.
